Conversations coming to Colorado on August 22

Save the date for CRP&A’s special one-day conference at the Colorado Railroad Museum in Golden, Colorado, on Saturday, August 22. Conversations Colorado will feature an outstanding lineup of railroad photography presenters, including Bill Botkin, Mel Patrick, Joe McMillan, Steve Patterson, John Crisanti, and more.

We will also co-host an evening reception for members of CRP&A and the museum on Friday, August 21, focused on the museum’s exhibition, “Traqueros: Mexican Trackworkers and the American Railroad.” This compelling exhibit highlights the vital, yet often untold, stories of Mexican and Mexican American laborers who built and maintained America’s railroads from the late 19th century through the mid-20th century.

The museum will be open to all attendees throughout the day. Check back for updates and a registration link soon.
